About The Owner
Jim Campbell served twenty seven years as a dedicated Firefighter/Paramedic, eleven years as Lieutenant on the Warwick Fire Department located in Rhode Island. He worked the last three years of his career on the Special Hazards Unit, a Heavy Rescue with specialized equipment and tools. He also held certifications as Hazardous Materials Technician, Rescue Scuba Diver and Cardiac EMT. Each call they responded to, he and his team would mitigate the situation to bring the safest and best result required to ease the present danger. His working knowledge of homes and building construction is extensive.He now resides in Florida year round. In his spare time, Jim enjoys fishing, hiking, boating, paddle boarding and spending time with his two children and granddaughter.
As further evidence of Jim’s commitment to his clients, he has earned the designation of “Certified Home Watch Professional” through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). Certification is achieved through the completion of a training curriculum and examination based on the NHWA’s Best Practices and input from leading Home Watch business owners throughout the United States and Canada. Certification lets the public know of a Home Watch professional’s commitment to excellence, by upholding the very highest of standards in the Home Watch industry.
